A curatorial program for art and cultural development.

Founded in 2014 as one of the first artist-run spaces in Mid-City, Los Angeles — a neighborhood that grew to host over 20 galleries. B.P.L.A. organized 30 art events before having to close in 2020; since then it has been operating as a roaming curatorial platform.
